Our Designs Each tee is handcrafted especially for you. A lot of care and attention goes into the process. We hope you like what you see but if it’s not quite right, please feel free to contact us with your ideas and we’ll see what we can do!
Size Guide We indicate the exact measurements of each piece so that you can check the fit. XS/S/M/L/XL are shown for guidance only.
Despatch and Delivery Items are despatched within 24 hours and sent by Royal Mail first class post. You should receive your item within 1-2 days but please allow 5 days before contacting us.
Returns Customer satisfaction is at the core of what we do. We’re sure you’ll love your tee but if you want to return it for any reason just send it back to us within 7 days in the original condition and packaging. Use Second Class Post and send us a copy of your postage receipt along with a certificate of posting for a full refund including return postage.
Care Instructions Most of our products use colourfast dyes so that the colours will stay vibrant for a long time. As with any garment, careful washing can help. Vegetable dyed products will fade over time and this is part of their character.
Colour accuracy We take great care to ensure that our photos have as accurate colours as possible however physics and technology combine to mean that your monitor may well display slight differences to the actual item in the real world. Visit wikipedia if you're interested in the science of colour.
Environmental Care At rubysunflake we believe in caring for the environment and consider this at each stage of the process. Very little dye goes to waste: often the first rinse of one tee can become the base colour of another! Any residual dye is filtered out and reused before returning the water to the environment. |
